Uncompromising construction compared to the original design

A grandiose ambition: all body elements were shaped by master artisans from steel sheets for the chassis and aluminium sheets for the bodywork. The radiator and the control panel are both painstakingly crafted from brass sheets. This traditional savoir-faire dates back to the last century and highlights the masterful work of these craftsmen and women. Over 200 hours of work went into this exceptional construction.
The 350×55 clincher tyres have the same tread size and profile as the originals. The number of blocks, depth and tread patterns are identical to the original model.


The Short Wheel Base chassis, with a wheelbase of 122 cm and an overall length of 182 cm, is the one that was built in the smallest number. It has the most aesthetic parameters, respecting the 1/2 scale of a type 35.
Exceptional and elegant finishes

The seat and backrest are crafted with a beechwood frame, upholstered with linen fabric and horsehair, and covered in luxurious leather. The beechwood drum brakes on all four wheels are operated by an external hand lever, adding a touch of vintage charm.
The accelerator pedal consists of 43 intricate parts, including aluminium, copper, brass, steel, resistive wire, and Bakelite. Similarly, the forward/reverse switch is composed of 50 parts using the same high-quality materials.
All assembled with clockwork precision.


The BABY T52 is a meticulous reproduction that respects the materials and craftsmanship techniques of 1927. The five rims, front and rear axles, steering wheel, and steering box are cast in aluminium from sand moulds and wooden and resin models.
The spindles and drive ring are made of bronze, cast from sand moulds and wooden models.


The leather straps, which are hand-cut with rounded edges and formoir lines, are fixed with copper and solid aluminium rivets that are hand-struck with bolts.
